The holiday season is a time of family–no matter who or how many comprise your family, whether you live near or far, and of course, how many furry, feathered and scaled members are included. So, for you and your family, I’m here to share a great giveaway I’m calling “Family Is a Gift.”
There is nothing cozier than curling up with a good book, and this giveaway features a book for everyone–moms, dads, older kids and younger kids (and of course grandparents, caregivers, aunties and uncles and friends who feel like family, too!) Enter to win all four books, PLUS as our GIFT to your family, each author has selected a bonus gift too! One lucky winner will win everything!

The Dog in the Dentist Chair...and other true stories of animals who help, comfort and love kids, by Peggy Frezon
This is a heartfelt look at real-life animals who visit, cuddle, and help kids in unexpected and amazing ways: JoJo the golden retriever who calms anxious kids at the dentist, Gracie the therapy cat who encourages reluctant readers, Parfait the service dog who helps a boy with seizures, Magic the miniature horse who comforts children in hospitals, Ricochet the dog who surfs with special-needs kids, and others.
Each chapter, kids will recognize animals’ great capacity for love and devotion, which reflects God’s enduring love for us all. This book strengthens kinships with animals, encourages humane treatment, and helps kids build lifelong bonds with animal friends. Includes beautiful color photos of the actual animals, relevant and easy-to-read Bible verses, and ways children can give back and help animals.

Have a wonderful holiday season and lots of good reading too.
These books are Christian oriented written. By Christian authors. I think any family would be blessed to have these in their home library.

I can see many snuggled-up nights reading these to my granddaughter.
Yes! Little Mole is so adorable she’ll love it. And I hope that kids enjoy learning about animals who help kids in my book–there are dogs, cats, horses, guinea pigs, even a camel!
Awesome collection just in time for Christmas!

From one grandma to another…good luck on winning these books!
This is so generous of these authors for these lovely books. Thank you all!
You’re so very welcome. It is wonderful of these other authors to join in the fun and we hope whoever wins enjoys the books. Good luck!
Great collection! Thanks for the opportunity
It’s fun to have something for the whole family. Good luck in the giveaway!
Oh my, my four grands would LOVE the Dog in the Dentist Chair. So would my young patients! (I’m a career dental hygienist).
Oh that is so cool Lori! The title dog, Jojo, is such a special dog, she is part of the Lutheran Church Charities Comfort Dogs organization and has done so much for people. I wish every dentist office could have a comfort dog to relax patients young and old! Good luck in the giveaway!
I want to win that darling little mole book for my upcoming nephew due in May. I have had my eye on that book for awhile. I have two of the other books and love them so I would gift the 365 book to my sis becoming a first time mom and I have so many animal lover friends to choose from for the dog book. The father book sounds great, and I would look for a single dad to donate to.
I definitely think you need Little Mole, Jessica! That is so nice of you to want to share the other books as well. Good luck on the giveaway!
What a wonderful collection of books! Would love to share them among my siblings for their children and with my daughter and son-in-law who are expecting our first grandchild.
It sounds like you have the perfect gift recipient for each book. Good luck on the giveaway!
Our 8… yep, 8 grandchildren love to be read to! Their Pop Pop and Gimi (that would be me 😉 ) would love to be able to read any and all of these books to them!
Such a great opportunity! Thanks for doing this!
I would love to give these to my boys.
